Who We Are
These Terms & Conditions apply to all tours and services operated by our company.
Our Contract
By making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation or invoice. These Terms & Conditions apply from 1 August 2025 to 31 March 2027, although itineraries, schedules and tour details may change at any time.
Booking Confirmations
Bookings must be confirmed within 72 hours of departure.

Please ensure you:
- Understand your tour itinerary, style and physical requirements.
- Read these Terms & Conditions.
- Advise us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements or accessibility needs.
Travellers are responsible for reviewing this information before departure.
Traveller Responsibilities
Travellers must comply with all applicable Australian laws and government regulations.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Exceptional circumstances may be considered with supporting documentation, but are not guaranteed.
If you become unwell during the tour, notify your guide immediately.
No refunds are available for late arrivals, early departures or joining a tour after it has commenced. Any additional costs are your responsibility.
Traveller Information
To confirm your booking, provide:
- Full name and contact details
- Email address
- Nationality or Australian postcode
- Dietary requirements
- Relevant medical conditions
A passport or an approved photo ID is required for domestic flights.
Special Requirements
Please advise at least 7 days before departure of any:
- Medical conditions
- Dietary requirements or allergies
- Mobility or accessibility needs
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, but we cannot guarantee availability, particularly in remote areas.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and should include cover for:
- Medical emergencies
- Personal accident and liability
- Lost property
- Tour cancellation and travel disruption
Travel insurance is mandatory for Comfort Style Tours. Proof of cover may be required before departure.

Short Break & Extended Tours – Original / Adventure Style
Full payment required at booking
Short Break & Extended Tours – Comfort Style
- 5% deposit at booking
- Remaining balance due 51 days before departure
- Full payment may also be made at booking
Cancellations & Refunds
Traveller Cancellations
Day Trips
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% cancellation fee
- 24+ hours: Full refund
- Winery Tours require 48 hours’ notice for a full refund
Original / Adventure Style Tours
- Within 14 days or no-show: 100% cancellation fee
- 15+ days: Full refund
Comfort Style Tours
- 0–30 days: 100% cancellation fee
- 31–50 days: 50% cancellation fee
- 51+ days: Full refund
Flexible Options
- Unlimited date changes (subject to availability before cancellation fees apply).
- Transferable travel credit valid for 3 years.
Operator Cancellations
Tours may be cancelled due to operational reasons or extraordinary events.
Where applicable, you will be offered:
- A full refund
- An alternative departure date
- A travel credit valid for 3 years
For force majeure events, refunds may be reduced by any unrecoverable costs. We are not responsible for expenses such as flights, visas or insurance. Itineraries may change if required for safety or operational reasons.
Alcohol, Drugs & Passenger Conduct
Alcohol is not permitted on vehicles.
Passengers may be refused boarding or removed without refund for:
- Intoxication or drug use
- Aggressive or threatening behaviour
- Refusing safety instructions
- Disruptive conduct
Passengers are responsible for any additional costs resulting from removal.
Child Policy
Day Trips
- Some tours are suitable for children
- Certain tours have minimum age requirements
- Winery Tours are strictly 18+
- Child seats may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed
Short Break & Extended Tours
Minimum age requirements vary depending on tour style and destination.
Travellers aged 75 years and over must provide either a medical certificate or a signed waiver within 30 days of travel.
Weather Policy
Tours generally operate in most weather conditions.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Rain, wind, heat or cold that does not affect safety
- Itinerary adjustments caused by weather
- Personal dissatisfaction with weather conditions
If a tour is cancelled due to severe weather or government safety advice, you may choose:
- An alternative departure date
- A travel credit valid for 3 years
- A refund less unrecoverable costs
Please check forecasts before travelling and pack appropriately.
Luggage Policy
- Day Trips: One small backpack (5–7 kg)
- Round Trip Tours: One 15 kg bag plus one 5 kg day bag
- One-Way Tours: One 23 kg bag plus one 5 kg day bag
Large sporting equipment and similar oversized items are not accepted unless approved in advance.
Pick-up & Drop-off
Complimentary city pick-up and drop-off is available at selected locations.
- Arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.
- Late arrivals who miss the departure are not entitled to a refund.
Third-Party Bookings
Bookings made through third-party agents or platforms are also subject to that provider’s policies. Any changes or enquiries should be directed to the original booking agent.
Final Agreement
By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
